 Canonical Committee Update

The draft of the parish profile has been reviewed by Bishop Melissa Skelton and is now undergoing revision.  With God’s help, it will be ready for job posting within the month.  The position of rector for the parish of St. John the Apostle will be distributed Canada-wide.  Then the Bishop’s Committee on Appointments will go through the applications to create a short-list for interviewing.  Two members of St. John’s Canonical Committee will sit in on the session to select candidates to interview.

 Stewardship Reflection

“Doubt no longer but believe” – John 20:27

When do you doubt what God is doing in your life?  What has God provided for you to touch and believe?  What can you share so that others may believe in God’s goodness?

Many thanks to all who helped with the Holy Week and Easter celebrations at St. Johns:  hard-working yard volunteers, decorators, liturgical helpers, and those who brought family and friends to the worship.
